Single Contract Review
Send one subcontract or main contract, up to 60 pages. A named reviewer reads it with the engine and sends back the ranked trap register, the drafted redlines and the fallback position for each fight, in 3 working days. One follow up call included.
Start with one review. If you paid for a review in the 60 days before you sign up to the Founding Customer plan, the SAR 2,400 comes off your first quarter.

What counts as a user?
A person licensed to use Kontra+ on their own computer. Kontra+ has no sign in of its own, so a user is a licensed person and computer, not an account. The plan covers up to 3. Each extra user is SAR 350 a month. There is no limit on contracts or pages.
What does set up include?
We install Kontra+ on your computers, check it runs, put the shortcut on each desktop, and read your first contract set with you so it is right from day one. For founding customers it is included.
We tried a single review first. Does it count?
Yes. A Single Contract Review paid in the 60 days before you sign up comes off your first quarter: SAR 2,400 off the SAR 3,600.

What do our computers need?
A Windows computer. Kontra+ needs the free Node runtime, which we install with it. After that it reads contracts with no internet connection.
We are a larger firm, or want it on a server.

Is a review a lawyer's opinion?
No. Kontraplus provides commercial and contractual analysis and is not a law firm. Where a matter needs a legal opinion we say so and point you to Saudi qualified counsel.
