Kontra+ on your computers

| Where does it run? | On your own computer. We install it there. It starts a small program that only that computer can reach, and opens in your browser. |
| Does anything outside read my contract? | No. The engine is our own code and makes no network calls while it reads. Your contract is not sent to us, to any AI service or to any third party. |
| Does it need the internet? | Not to read a contract. Once installed it works with no network connection. |
| Where do my files go? | Nowhere. A file you open is read where it is. A file you drag in is copied to a working folder on the same computer. |
| What is stored? | Nothing on our side. The report shows in your browser and you can copy or print it. The contract value and event dates you type are kept in that computer's browser. |
| Who can open it? | Anyone using that computer. Kontra+ has no sign in of its own, so protect it with the computer's own login, as you would your email. |
| Scanned contracts? | Refused by the console. There is an opt in reader for scans, but it sends page images to an outside service, so it is off unless you ask for it, and never used by the console. |
On a server you control
For larger firms we can set Kontra+ up on a server inside your network, behind a sign in. Talk to us and we will say plainly what that involves.
Sending us a contract through this website

| Before anything | You sign a one way NDA on this site, in your favour. The upload does not open until it is signed. |
| The upload | Sent over an encrypted connection. This form is handled by our website host, Netlify, which is outside the Kingdom. If your contract must not leave your office, send the form without the file and we will agree another way to receive it. |
| Afterwards | Held for the engagement only. Deleted on your written request within five business days, and confirmed in writing. |
Not built yet
A sign in inside Kontra+. Separate user accounts with roles. An audit trail of who did what. If your procurement process needs either, tell us before you buy and we will say plainly what we can do.
